Dr. Vic Oyas has had an incredible journey in the medical field, beginning with his 10-year service in the US Air Force. After his time in the Air Force, he made the decision to open his own pediatrics practice in Lake Havasu City in July of 1993.
Dr. Oyas earned his medical degree from Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines and completed his Pediatrics Residency Training at Case Western University, Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
In 1993, Dr. Oyas relocated his family – wife and two daughters – to Lake Havasu City and opened his thriving practice. Today, after 30 years of caring for the children of Lake Havasu City and throughout Mohave County, Dr. Oyas is proud to have patients traveling from Bouse, Salome, Quartzite, Blythe and Needles, CA.

As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Renée Golden cares for children from newborn to young adult. She provides a variety of health services, including regular well-child appointments, sports physicals, and management of both acute illness and chronic illness.
Renée has practiced for 6 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to as a critical care nurse for 12 years before she decided to further her nursing education. As she pursued an advanced degree, she saw a need for pediatric providers. Renée earned her Doctorate of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She completed specialty rotations in pediatric cardiology, pediatric neurology, and genetics.
Golden stresses the importance of communication with the patient and their parents/caregivers. She works to help families understand the child’s diagnosis and needs as well as need to start healthy lifestyle habits early as they grow.
